Cheese, if there really are 11 GGRPs and this:
Each night, we've been allowed one PM through the mod to a Member of the Fellowship. We were not given a list of characters, so we had to surmise. If the messages went through, we were told "message received", confirming a role in the game for us. If the message did not, then a role was eliminated for us. Considering how powerful Gandalf was, he was one of our first contacts, and we received a "message received" PM from cheesy.
we're seriously underpowered here. Basically that screws any chance at faking a role that may or may not be in the game. The highlighting names in the game events narrows our field but them being able to learn if a role is in via a message just f**ks us altogether. They can confirm every role player.

lol i see we just posted the same thing  moved from my thread.. and i deleted it since it was on the same topic: so they have a seer, a ggvig (legolas maybe 1 shot, we'll find out tonight), an indy vig who autodies if he hits a good guy, a ring protection, sam protection, arwen revive, a set of masons that can expand themselves?, and the ability to priv message once a night that can quickly setup confirmed blocks, or deny claims. a standard angel (i'm assuming is aragorn's power). meaning upwards of 10 ggrps. arwen, frodo, gimli, legolas, gandalf, sam, merry, pippin, aragorn, treebeard. we have a seer, a very very limited ring view (would be useless if frodo hadn't been outed D2), a couple of 1 time 1 char vigs (one of which was on an indy), and a decent power that requires at least a 2BG block (would have been 3 if bigruss was still around). |

fwiw... Cheese/Jmills/etc. i don't think you should worry about reparations. They were already mentioned once about what happens if both bigruss and myself were gone, which raised concerns (though I didn't raise them)... now with this info out about gandalf and frodo/sam's abilities... should just let it play out. anything thats tried at this point in time would be either not enough or too much. chalk it up to a learning experience, and move on.

What GGRPs are there that wouldn't be part of the tribe or whatever they call it? not apart of the fellowship but that are GGs. galadriel, elrond, faramir (used), gwahir (obscure), cirdan (obscure), Theoden (not likely), Eowyn (not likely). but honestly with 10-11 GG's already... seriously how many can their be in a game with only 30 ppl. anyone not claiming a member of the fellowship should be lynched anyway on principle. |
